Who we are
We are Clement and Christian Gonzalvez, both IT Engineers. We want to clarify that we have no affiliation with smart. Our project, Hello #, is an independent passion endeavor. It serves as an alternative third-party app designed to enhance the experience for smart #1 and #3 owners, and it’s exclusively available on iOS.
A word on privacy and security
Ensuring your privacy is important for us. We do not collect any form of data. Your login credentials are never stored at any point anywhere. When you log in using your smart account, a secure OICD authentication token is encrypted on your device’s Keychain, following standard security practices. If and when this token expires, you will be prompted to re-enter your password for continued security.
