Who we are
We are Clement and Christian Gonzalvez, both IT Engineers. We want to clarify that we have no affiliation with smart. Our project, Hello #, is an independent passion endeavor. It serves as an alternative third-party app designed to enhance the experience for smart #1 and #3 owners, and it’s exclusively available on iOS.
A word on privacy and security
Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not collect any data. Your login credentials are stored only on your device’s secure keychain, and only at your request. When you log in with your smart account, a secure OICD authentication token is encrypted on your device’s keychain, following standard security practices. If the token expires, you will be prompted to re-enter your password for continued security unless you selected “remember me.”
